In 1961, my grands-parents opened in Paris a chocolate and pastries shop named Les Délices.
Thanks to his creativity and his taste for good things, my grand-father invented quality chocolates with tasty flavours and my grand-mother was proudly marketing them. For three decades these chocolates delighted numerous refined palates.
As my mother before, I felt in the basin of chocolate at my birth.
Today, I proudly take over this family heritage in order to keep alive yesteryears flavours and this know-how transmitted from my grand-father.
